Three plans, one price for each business

Capacity: the number of sources (3 on Starter, 10 on Pro and 30 on Max), private groups, team members, the monthly amounts of know the author and suggested replies, and how far back your lead history goes. The features are the same in all three plans.

A source is a group, a community or a keyword search you follow, on any platform. Each takes one of your plan’s places: 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro and 30 on Max. When you delete a source its place returns to your plan at once, and its leads stay saved.

Yes, within each plan’s limit: 1 private group on Starter, 3 private groups on Pro and 10 private groups on Max. A private group takes one source place like any other source, and also counts toward the private group limit.

On Pro and Max, yes. Seats count people, and the owner is one of them: 2 on Pro (you and one more person) and 10 on Max (you and 9 others). Everyone has their own account, and you assign each lead to whoever follows it up. An invitation that has not been accepted yet takes a seat until it is accepted or cancelled. Starter is for one person; to invite your team, move up to Pro.

Yearly costs ten months: $190 for Starter, $490 for Pro and $990 for Max, which is two months free compared with monthly. You can move from monthly to yearly at once, and from yearly to monthly at the end of the year.

Starter and Pro start with a 7-day trial on the limits of the plan you pick, except private groups: one private group during the trial. You add your card at the start, and nothing is taken from it before the trial ends. There is one trial per person, and per business, website and card. Max has no trial: it starts right away.

On day 8, after the 7-day trial ends, unless you cancel before then. That day you are charged for the plan and cycle you chose, monthly or yearly, and then at the start of each new period. Max has no trial, so it is paid from day one.

From “Plan and usage” inside the app, in one click. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged and the trial runs to its end. If you cancel later, your plan keeps working until the end of the paid period. Either way, your data, sources and leads stay saved.

The first payment of your subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee; if you started with the trial, the 14 days start from the first payment on day 8. You ask through Paddle, our merchant of record, from the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net, and Paddle returns the money to the same payment method. Renewals are not refunded unless the law of your country requires it.

Yes, from “Plan and usage” inside the app. Moving up is immediate, and moving to Max during a trial ends the trial and starts Max, paid, at once. Moving down starts at the end of the period, and if you follow more sources or private groups than the smaller plan allows, you choose what stays; no source is ever deleted for you.

It is how long leads stay in view: 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro and no limit on Max. A lead you have not touched that grows older than that is kept and hidden, never deleted, and shows again at once if you upgrade. A lead you saved, moved out of New or wrote a note on never hides, however old it is.
