1 Who sells you the subscription

Hodorak's payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record: Paddle sells you the subscription on our behalf and handles the payment, invoices, taxes such as VAT, and refunds, under its own buyer terms.

2 The 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of your subscription. If Hodorak isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment and you get the full amount back.

If you start with the free trial (7 days with your card on Starter or Pro), nothing is charged during the trial and the first payment is on day 8. The 14 days start on the day of that payment.

3 Renewals and cancelling

Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law of your country requires it.

You can cancel at any time from “Plan and usage” inside the app. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

4 How to ask for a refund

  • Use the link in the receipt email Paddle sends you after the payment.
  • Or go to paddle.net and look up your order with your email.

Paddle reviews the request and, if it approves it, returns the money to the payment method you paid with.

You can also write to us from the Contact page or at support@hodorak.com, and we will help with your request.

5 After a refund

When Paddle approves a full refund, your plan ends at once and we stop checking your sources. Nothing is deleted: your business's sources and leads stay saved, and you can subscribe again at any time.
