1 Agreement
By using the Hodorak site or app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you use Hodorak on behalf of a business or company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.
We measure how the site and the app are used and which of our ads bring sign-ups, with the tools and the choices the Privacy policy describes.
2 The service
Hodorak follows the sources you choose, judges new posts against your business with AI, shows you leads with why each one fits and its lead level, and suggests replies that you review yourself.
A lead is a post worth reviewing, not a guaranteed customer.
3 Your account
You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for your sign-in details, for what happens in your account and for the team members you invite. You must be at least 18.
4 Plans and the free trial
- Each business has its own plan: Starter, Pro or Max, monthly or yearly, at the US dollar prices shown when you subscribe.
- Starter and Pro start with a 7-day free trial with your card, and you are not charged before it ends: the first payment is on day 8 unless you cancel before then. Max has no trial and is paid from day one. There is one trial per person, and per business, website and card.
- Each plan shows leads within its lead history: 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro and no limit on Max. Older leads you have not acted on are kept and hidden, never deleted.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles the payment, invoices, taxes and refunds.
- Cancelling stops the next charge and takes effect at the end of the current period. The first payment of a subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee, and renewals are not refunded unless the law of your country requires it. The details and how to ask are in the Refund policy.
- When a plan, or a trial you cancelled, ends, collection stops and the leads page locks; your data stays saved.
5 Replies and contacting people
Hodorak never sends messages, comments or posts for you. You review a suggested reply and send it yourself on the platform, and you alone are responsible for how you contact the people behind posts and for following each platform's rules.
6 Acceptable use
Don't use Hodorak to:
- send spam or bulk messages, or harass anyone;
- collect people's data to sell or publish it;
- do anything that breaks the law or the rules of the platforms you reply on;
- try to access what isn't yours, disrupt the service or copy it.
7 Posts from other platforms
The posts we show are public posts on platforms we don't own or moderate, and we are not affiliated with them. These platforms may change or stop making posts available at any time, so we can't promise that a given source stays available.
8 AI results
Why a lead fits, suggested replies and author summaries are written by AI, and lead levels are worked out from what the AI finds in the post. Any of them can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them.
9 Content and ownership
What you write in Hodorak stays yours, and you let us use it to run and improve the service as the Privacy policy describes. Hodorak, its name, logo and design, and the Nabih character belong to us.
10 Limits of liability
We provide Hodorak as is, and we work to keep it available, but we don't promise it will never be interrupted. We don't promise a number of leads, or that a lead becomes a customer.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for lost profits or data, and our liability is never more than what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
11 Suspending or deleting an account
You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend a business or an account that breaks these terms, and tell you why where we can.
12 Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the "Last updated" date and tell account holders about an important change by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using Hodorak after that means you accept it. For any question, email support@hodorak.com.
